What will my child get out of Dundee Wrestling?
- They will develop a strong work ethic, a true concept of teamwork, and a never-give-up attitude.
- They will receive foundational grappling skills along with advancement opportunities, as needed by each independent wrestler.
- They will receive support and training by experienced coaches.
- They will develop physical skills such as coordination, strength, balance, etc.
If you've heard about Dundee's solid wrestling program, then you've heard about Coach Ron Silveira! He along with his team of supporters have built Dundee's powerhouse wrestling team from the ground up. Starting with kids as young as 3 years old, experience, hard work, and dedication are the key!

to expect in a practice........
Who: Kids, age 3-14
What: Learn basic-advanced wrestling skills
Where: Elementary Gymnasium
When: Monday & Wednesdays @ 6-8 p.m.
Registration: Any Monday or Wednesday before class
Cost: $25.00 (in district), $35.00 (out of district)
Requirements: Clean shoes, comfortable clothing
